The Vegetable Threat

The Vegetable Threat A Small Crisis Rolo discovers that a Black Rabbit is eating the vegetables needed for the imperial feast. The problem appears trivial beside Maure's war, yet it threatens the food system on which Murmurin depends. Heroism at Small Scale The Kobold Rangers accept the mission because defending the pantry is defending Vainqueur's guests and their own community. The empire's values appear in miniature.

The Rabbit Horde

The Rabbit Horde Ancestral Enemies The Black Rabbit summons an army of ordinary rabbits, turning a garden raid into a species myth. The Kobolds respond with formations, weapons, and a shared battle motto. Fear and Discipline Black Ranger and Yellow Ranger are defeated, but the group does not abandon the field. Their fear becomes a reason to remain together rather than a reason to flee. The Rangers repeat their larger war in a smaller arena.

The Mimiczord

The Mimiczord A Summoned Weapon Pink Ranger sings a description of a shiny sword, summoning Vainqueur Junior in its evolved Excalitrap form. The mimic interprets the Black Rabbit's horn as a rival weapon. Style as Power The Rangers' theatrical culture creates the conditions for victory. Their performance does not merely inspire them; it activates a monster whose identity is built around sword imagery. The absurd becomes militarily decisive.

The Black Rabbit's Fall

The Black Rabbit's Fall A Duel of Symbols Excalitrap and the Black Rabbit meet as sword and horn, each embodying a different form of predatory power. Their exchange is fast, theatrical, and lethal. Pantry Saved Excalitrap wins, consumes the Rabbit, and preserves Rolo's crops. The victory protects the Bragging Day feast and confirms the Rangers' worth as defenders. A minor quest becomes an origin legend.

The Song of Victory

The Song of Victory A New Bard Pink Ranger gains Bard levels and an Extended Song Perk after the battle. Her writing and performance become formal powers rather than private eccentricities. History in Miniature She plans to write The Night of the Black Rabbit, just as she wrote The War of the Hoard. Murmurin's history will be created by the same monsters who fight it. The empire turns survival into cultural memory.
